Company & payment identity

Ask for the contracting company, registration document, production address and the relationship between the manufacturer, exporter and payment beneficiary. Resolve any mismatch before payment.

Production & quality evidence

Request evidence relevant to the selected product: manufacturing scope, sample records and available inspection documents. Discuss factory review arrangements directly.

Product-specific documents

For any available test report, check the holder, report number, issuing laboratory, date and covered material or product. Send your target market and intended user group so documentation needs can be discussed.
