Are you launching a design-led brand, extending a retail assortment or equipping classes? Share the customer use case, categories, quantity per design, destination and intended launch window. This helps us discuss a focused opening range instead of an oversized list of unrelated variants.
The base range starts at 100 pieces. Custom development requires 100 pieces, with the exact allocation confirmed for your project. Tile customization includes front and back artwork and dimensions. Mats, racks, bags and boxes support color customization. Confirm which components and colors belong to each ordering unit.
Allow 25–30 days for sampling. Review tile inventory, readable faces, consistent backs, dimensions, accessory fit, storage and the full presentation. Record approval and any revisions before the production stage. This gives both sides a concrete reference for the order.
Custom production takes 30–40 days. These are separate planning stages; artwork revisions, approval time and transit are additional. Sea, air and express are supported. Ask for a quotation that identifies goods, packing, freight scope and the destination so competing offers can be compared consistently.

Inquire about sample fees, freight, credits toward a bulk order, included revisions, payment methods and deposit arrangements.
Ask when the production schedule starts, how revisions affect timing, and which change, cancellation and quotation-validity terms apply.
Confirm the delivery destination, freight responsibilities and applicable delivery terms. Ask about missing pieces, damage, color differences, reporting deadlines, required evidence and replacement handling.
Send artwork you own or are authorized to use. Discuss confidentiality, file and tooling ownership, and any exclusivity requirements before development.
