Planning a wholesale or custom mahjong order? Confirm the product specification, sample scope and commercial terms in writing before proceeding.

What determines my order scope?

Confirm the product category, purchasing unit, quantity, mixed-color allocation, artwork, dimensions, logo and packaging. Tiles, mats, racks, bags and boxes may be ordered separately. All products have a minimum order of 100 pieces; mixed colors are supported.

How do sample fees and payment work?

Inquire about sample fees, shipping charges, whether sample costs can be credited against an order, revision allowances, payment methods and deposits. Confirm these details in your quotation or order; this page does not set fixed amounts.

How are production and delivery agreed?

Confirm the approved sample, final specification, production start milestone and schedule. Discuss packaging, destination, shipping method and delivery responsibilities separately. Sampling and manufacturing time do not include transit.

What if my requirements change?

Contact us with the requested change so its effect on the specification, price, sample approval and schedule can be discussed before further work is agreed.
