We manufacture American mahjong sets for brands, retailers and wholesale buyers. In-stock products can be ordered separately or in a mixed order. A complete set combines all five categories—tiles, a mat, racks, a storage bag and a box—for individual shipment; half-custom and fully custom routes are also available.

PRODUCT SCOPE
Choose what belongs in your order.
Order in-stock products individually or mix categories. A complete set includes all five categories below; the final bill of materials defines quantities and pack-out.
- Tile material and size
- Acrylic; 30 mm base size. Final height × width × thickness and construction are approved in the sample.
- Tile inventory
- No fixed count is assumed. Agree a face-by-face playing inventory, spares and any joker or blank allocation.
- Accessory materials
- Natural-rubber table mats and acrylic racks; bag, box and insert materials are confirmed per project.
- Order minimum
- MOQ 100 across all routes, with mixed colors supported. Confirm the purchasing unit and category allocation for mixed orders in your inquiry.
- Sample and production
- Plan 25–30 days for sampling and 30–40 days for custom production, plus approval, revisions and transit.
- Quality and packaging
- Approve artwork, dimensions, color, loaded fit, component count, inner protection and carton pack-out against the physical sample.

What is included in a set?
A complete set contains tiles, a mat, racks, a storage bag and a box. The tile inventory, rack and pusher configuration, quantities and exact pack-out are specified in the bill of materials. Dice, chips, booklets, labels and other small pieces are included only when agreed in writing.
Choose the product route
Order an in-stock category separately, combine in-stock categories in a mixed order, or choose a complete five-category set. Half-custom and fully custom routes can change the agreed products, colors, artwork and packaging. The written quote confirms each route and its contents.
Sample, production and pack-out
The MOQ is 100 for every product route; mixed colors are supported. For a mixed order, confirm the quantity allocation and purchasing unit in the inquiry. Plan 25–30 days for sampling and 30–40 days for custom production, excluding transit. Review the complete loaded sample before approving production.

Can you ship a complete set in one package?
Yes. The complete set contains tiles, a mat, racks, a storage bag and a box and can be packed for individual shipment. The exact quantities, inner protection, outer carton and labeling are approved for each order.
Can I order only some products?
Yes. In-stock products can be ordered separately or mixed without ordering all five categories. The quote identifies each product, its quantity and the 100-unit minimum.
Can I request a physical sample?
Yes. Review a physical sample of the agreed contents, finish, fit and pack-out before custom production. Sampling is generally planned at 25–30 days, with revision timing confirmed for the project.
