Plan Mahjong Quality Control Before Production

Define the checks, evidence and responsibilities for your order. This is an inspection-planning guide; it does not claim a certification or a fixed inspection standard.

Check each stage against the same brief.

Specify the evidence you need.

Record the inspected batch and quantity, measurements, dated photographs, defect classifications and disposition of any failed items. If a sampling plan or AQL is required, agree the standard, edition, inspection level and acceptance limits in writing. AQL is not a promise of zero defects.

Request product-specific test reports when relevant. Review the named supplier, tested material, report number, laboratory, date and scope. A report for another material or product does not establish compliance for your order. Third-party inspection access and timing must be arranged in the quotation.

If a problem is found

Keep the batch reference, packaging and photographs; describe affected quantities and measurements. Agree the notification window, review process and any rework, replacement or credit terms before placing the order.

Put the decisions in your quotation.

Inquire about sample fees, shipping charges, credits toward an order, the number of revisions, payment methods and deposit arrangements. For missing pieces, damage or color differences, ask about the reporting procedure, deadline, required evidence and replacement-parts handling. Specific terms are confirmed in your quotation or order.
