TILE INVENTORY WORKSHEETS
Make every tile part of the brief.
Start with the 152-tile playing inventory. For a 160- or 166-tile collection, identify the extra 8 or 14 pieces in the worksheet. These are planning templates, not a promise of a particular stocked assortment.
NMJL annual rules cards are not included. Racks, pushers, dice, chips, instructions, mats and storage must be listed separately in the agreed contents.

Keep repeat orders consistent
Retain the approved sample reference, artwork version, bill of materials, material color references and pack-out instructions. For a repeat order, list every requested change and review replacement materials before confirming the specification.
Put the decisions in your quotation.
Inquire about sample fees, shipping charges, credits toward an order, the number of revisions, payment methods and deposit arrangements. For missing pieces, damage or color differences, ask about the reporting procedure, deadline, required evidence and replacement-parts handling. Specific terms are confirmed in your quotation or order.
