SUPPLIER VERIFICATION

Know who is behind your order.

Use this checklist when discussing supplier approval. This is a document-request guide, not a claim that a certificate, audit or capacity figure has been verified.

Company & payment identity

Ask for the contracting company, registration document, production address and the relationship between the manufacturer, exporter and payment beneficiary. Resolve any mismatch before payment.

Production & quality evidence

Request evidence relevant to the selected product: manufacturing scope, sample records and available inspection documents. Discuss factory review arrangements directly.

Product-specific documents

For any available test report, check the holder, report number, issuing laboratory, date and covered material or product. Send your target market and intended user group so documentation needs can be discussed.

LET’S MAKE THE NEXT STEP USEFUL

Bring your idea. Leave with clearer decisions.

Prepare your product idea and order requirements in a focused inquiry so the feasible scope, sampling and quotation details can be reviewed clearly.

You have artwork

Request an OEM review

Share a description of your face and back artwork, dimensions, contents and quantity per design. Tell us whether you need tiles only or matching accessories. We can then discuss the sample and production scope.

Discuss an original collection

Describe your customer, palette and intended experience. A mood board and target product range help explain the idea. Identify which design decisions are open and which are fixed before developing the full collection.

You have a deadline

Review scope and timing together

Send your destination and desired arrival window alongside the quantity and artwork status. Sampling, production, approvals and transit are separate parts of the schedule. Ask for a project-specific plan before setting a retail launch date.

MAKE YOUR NEXT DECISION CLEARER

A useful first message can be short.

Tell us where your project stands. You do not need every specification ready to begin; identify the open questions so we can discuss the next step.

01

Your range

List tiles, mats, racks, bags or boxes and whether you want a complete kit.

Add the quantity per design or your intended order range.

02

Your design

Tell us whether artwork is final, in development or still an idea.

Mention dimensions, colors and any reference samples you have.

03

Your destination

Share the delivery country and your target arrival window.

State whether you need help comparing sea, air or express options.
