Half-custom or fully custom
For a half-custom order, identify the existing components to keep and the artwork, colors, logo or pack-out to change. For a fully custom project, define the tile inventory, artwork, dimensions and matching accessories from the brief. The quotation distinguishes standard items from newly developed work.
Materials and design decisions
The confirmed tile material is acrylic, with a 30 mm base size. Mats use natural rubber; racks use acrylic. Bag and box materials, decoration methods, exact colors and any nonstandard dimensions are chosen and approved for the specific project.
Approval before manufacturing
Review artwork files, a bill of materials, fit between tiles and racks, a loaded bag or box, and a physical sample. Agree inspection criteria and packaging protection before releasing custom production. Sampling generally takes 25–30 days and custom production 30–40 days, excluding revisions and transit.

Can I customize tile faces and backs?
Yes. Share your design brief or artwork; confirm the full tile inventory, face and back artwork, color and finished dimensions in the physical sample.
Can different products share one color direction?
Yes, they can be coordinated. Because acrylic, natural rubber, fabrics and box finishes reproduce color differently, approve each material against the agreed reference.
What is the MOQ for a custom set?
The MOQ is 100; mixed colors are supported. Confirm the purchasing unit and any allocation across designs or components in the quotation.
