Start with the component you actually need

A brand may already have tiles and need a new bag, or a club may want mats without replacing its equipment. State that scope at the beginning of the inquiry. Separate customization is useful only if the component works with the existing kit. Send the relevant physical dimensions or sample reference instead of assuming that a product described as American mahjong fits every other product.

Custom table mats

The confirmed mat range is H04/H06, with 800 × 800 mm or 840 × 840 mm sizes and 2 mm or 3 mm thickness. The material is natural rubber with a single-sided, stitched, non-slip construction. Stock and made-to-order options can be discussed; send artwork for a custom-image inquiry. Check the usable table area with the existing racks before selecting a size.

Custom acrylic racks

Confirmed rack lengths are 445 mm and 508 mm, each with an overall 72.5 × 20 mm cross-dimension description. U-shaped and flat-base pusher variants and selected four-piece packs are listed on the rack page. The supplied 5+5, 5+8 and 5+10 mm notation should remain attached to the selected model, without guessing which part each figure describes. Custom colors are available; verify the actual fit with your tiles.

Custom bags and storage boxes

Ask which styles are available or provide your own reference design or sample for manufacturing review. Specify the loaded contents, required internal space and logo position. External dimensions alone may not reveal the usable compartment size. For a box, review the opening and insert; for a bag, review the closure, handling and complete load. Confirm materials and construction in the quotation.

Tiles-only customization

Our base tile material is acrylic and the base size is described as 30 mm. The complete height, width and thickness still need confirmation for the order. Standard packaging is cellophane wrapping, with custom storage bags available. Face and back artwork, back colors and dimensions can be discussed independently of accessories. A tiles-only order still needs a complete playing-and-spare inventory.

Mixed colors and the order unit

The confirmed MOQ is 100 pieces and mixed colors are supported. Tell the supplier how many of each color and which product variant you want. Make the unit explicit when a rack is offered individually or in a pack. Do not import another website’s minimum per color into this range. An itemized allocation makes it easier to identify what the quoted quantity covers.

Turn compatibility into an approval checklist

List the existing product dimensions, the new component’s proposed specification and the test that will show they work together. A public rack-size question illustrates why this matters. Use that concern to ask a better question, rather than assuming a nominal length guarantees fit. Approve the matched sample before presenting an accessory as compatible with a particular collection.
