THE SHORT ANSWER
Before ordering wholesale mahjong samples, define your customer, tile inventory, customization scope, rack fit, storage, quantity allocation and delivery plan. Compare suppliers against the same brief. Our base MOQ is 100 pieces; custom projects require 100 pieces.

1–2. Who is the collection for, and what is in the box?
Start with a concrete customer: a specialty-store shopper, a new player attending classes or an established enthusiast buying a coordinated collection. Decide whether you are selling tiles alone or a complete kit. Write the tile inventory and every included component by name, including racks, storage, mat and the agreed chips, dice and booklet. A retail photograph is not a bill of materials. Beginner lesson resources emphasize the equipment and current annual card; our instruction booklet is separate from that annual card, which is not included.
3–4. What is custom, and do the components fit?
Tell your American mahjong manufacturer whether the tile faces, backs or dimensions will change. For our accessories, the offered customization is color. Ask separately about any additional request instead of assuming that all artwork or construction changes are included. Review tiles in the proposed rack, including the pusher operation, and put the complete collection into the intended bag or box. Matching colors do not prove matching dimensions. Approve the interface between components as carefully as their individual appearance.
5. How is the MOQ allocated?
Our base-range minimum is 100 pieces and custom development requires 100 pieces. Mixed colors are supported. Ask whether the quoted quantity applies per design, color or complete configuration. A low headline minimum can become unhelpful if your preferred assortment spreads the order across too many variants. For a first release, discuss a focused set of coordinated choices and make the quantity of each component explicit.
6–7. What does the quote cover, and when does each stage start?
Separate sample cost, product scope, packing and freight in your comparison. Sampling takes 25–30 days and custom production takes 30–40 days; these are not a single delivery promise. Add your own review time, any artwork revisions and transit. Sea, air and express are available. Confirm the destination and what the shipping quotation includes. Before you announce a launch date, get agreement on the production start trigger and what happens if the sample needs revision.
Why coordinate your order with us?
Our value for a brand or wholesale buyer is the ability to discuss tiles, mats, racks, bags and boxes as one collection. You can develop your tile identity and align accessory colors while checking compatibility through the sample. Send the same seven decisions in your inquiry so the conversation can move directly to feasibility, sample scope and a quotation. This is a practical reason to consider our factory, rather than a claim that one supplier is universally best.
Use a single decision document
Combine the accepted product scope, color split, artwork status and packaging into one dated brief. Share it with the supplier and keep subsequent revisions together. If a message changes the bag but the spreadsheet still lists the earlier one, the order is not yet unambiguous.
Mark each decision as confirmed or open and assign someone to close it. This is especially useful when a designer, buyer and business owner all contribute. The final quotation should refer to the same specification rather than a collection of loosely related screenshots.
Plan for the receiving team
The person unpacking the shipment should know what a complete product contains and how to identify the order. Prepare the inventory and sample reference before shipment, not after a customer reports a missing piece. Ask for the agreed issue-reporting procedure and retain the supporting records.
A first wholesale order is also a chance to learn which questions the product listing did not answer. Record inquiries about fit, extras and packaging and update the relevant page. Use that learning to improve clarity without creating another near-duplicate article for each small wording difference.
